COMPLETE REOPENING OF OUR ESTABLISHMENT
Dear customers,
We are very pleased to announce the opening of the Polar Bear’s Club Nordic Spa, effective July 4th, for access to the baths (including the saunas) and massage therapy services.
For several weeks, our team has been working hard to do a lot of work to beautify the site and enhance the experience. We have also invested to completely redo the wood sauna which will have a magnificent view of the Simon river. We therefore look forward to welcoming you soon !
From July 4th, our team is ready to welcome you from Thursday to Monday, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., as the first phase of reopening. The schedule will be gradually adjusted over the next few weeks, depending on demand.

New schedule
From July 4th, please note that we will be open from Thursday to Monday, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. to offer you a relaxing spa experience (including the saunas) and massage services. Massage hours have been revised on a reduced schedule.
Pricing
The rate for access to the baths is $ 60 per person and includes a towel, a padlock and a bathrobe. We do not take reservations for access to the baths and you can enjoy the facilities without any time limit.
The rate for a 60 minutes Swedish massage is $ 130 per person and includes a 60-minute Swedish massage, access to the baths, a towel, a padlock and a bathrobe. By booking a massage, we guarantee you a place for access to the baths.
Reservation
To make a reservation, we invite you to contact us by phone at 450-227-4616 or 1-877-240-4616 from Thursday to Monday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. If you have symptoms or are likely to have been exposed to Covid-19, we ask that you postpone your visit to another date, as recommended by public health.
Payment
At the time of your reservation, you will need to have a credit card on hand to confirm your reservation. Only payments by credit card, debit card or gift card will be accepted. Cash is not accepted until further notice.
Cancellation
You have up to 24 hours before your appointment to cancel your reservation at no cost. However, due to the pandemic, we will be flexible. If you have symptoms or you are likely to have been in contact with someone with Covid-19, we invite you to contact us as soon as possible to cancel your reservation at no cost.
Arrival
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your appointment as the new procedures are a little longer than usual and we want to make sure you don't run out of time on your massage.
Health form
At the time of booking as well as upon your arrival, you will have to answer a questionnaire on your state of health. If you have symptoms or are likely to have been in contact with the Covid-19, you will unfortunately be unable to access the site. We will ask you to come back at a later date following public health recommendations.
Hand washing

Hand washing will be mandatory at the entrance and exit of the spa, as well as before and after your treatment. Disinfection stations will be accessible at various locations on the site. All of our employees will also follow a rigorous hand washing protocol.
Social distancing
Social distancing will be respected at all times on the site, which is why we have implemented measures to limit the reception capacity. The only exception to the distancing rule is in a massage therapy room where distancing is impossible, however we have implemented additional hygiene rules in order to ensure everyone's safety.
Limited contact
In order to limit contact, we have removed all common items that are shared, such as magazines in waiting rooms.
Mask
Wearing a mask is suggested throughout the duration of the massage. We also recommend that you wear it inside our buildings. All our employees in contact with customers will also have to wear a mask or be behind a protective wall.
Disinfection
We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection of our facilities and equipment (eg lockers, door handles, any surface used regularly, etc.). Each massage room will be completely cleaned and disinfected between each client as well as all massage therapy equipment.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is the thermal experience available ?
Yes the thermal experience is available (including the saunas). We don't take any reservations.
Can a gift card be reimbursed?
Our gift cards are non-refundable.
All promotional certificates (which have an expiration date) which were still valid on March 15, 2020 will be extended by a period equivalent to the temporary closure of the thermal experience (which means that the duration of use of your certificate will not be shortened due to the pandemic). After the expiration date, these certificates retain their monetary value.
Will you validate the state of health of the people who will access the site?
Yes. First, we will monitor the health of our employees and ask them to stay home if they have symptoms or are likely to have been in contact with someone with Covid -19.
At the level of our customers, each customer who wishes to access the site will have to answer a questionnaire on their state of health. A customer with symptoms or who may have been in contact with someone with Covid-19 will be denied access to the site.
