1. What are your opening hours?
Monday: 10am to 8.30pm

2. What does access to the baths consist of?
Access to the baths allows you to enjoy our facilities for an entire day. You can enjoy 5 hot baths, 2 cold baths, 2 river access points, 2 dry saunas, 1 steam bath and several indoor and outdoor relaxation areas.
3. Do I need to make a reservation to have access to the baths?

We do not take reservations for access to the baths. However, please note that on very busy days, a waiting period might be necessary to allow us to maintain a relaxing environment and provide visitors with a quality experience.

4. What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel and/or postpone your massage or treatment at no additional charge up to the day before your scheduled reservation. An additional $30 charge will be applied for those requesting to change their reservation on the same day as their appointment. For same-day cancellations or no-shows, the full cost of the massage and/or treatment will be charged to the credit card on file.

Please note that appointments cannot be cancelled due to weather.

5. Do you accept Wayspa gift certificates?

Yes, Wayspa gift certificates can be applied to all our products and services (with the exception of our online store).

6. Is there a minimum age for using your services?

Only guests aged 14 and above are allowed to use the facilities. Visitors between the ages of 14 and 16 must be accompanied by an adult. This restriction does not apply to those 16 and above.

7. When I get a massage, can I have a receipt for insurance purposes?

All our massage therapists are certified; therefore, they can give you a receipt for insurance purposes after the massage is given. This receipt will be issued in the name of the person receiving the massage.

8. What do we need to bring with us?

With all massages and/or treatments, and with regular-price access to the baths ($60 + taxes), we provide a robe, a towel and lock for the locker room. You will need to bring your bathing suit and sandals. All visitors must wear sandals on site.

9. Are there food services on site?

Our bistro, headed by chef Fabrice Coutanceau of the catering outfit “La Cuisine Spontanée”, is open every day. Please note that all orders must be paid for directly on site (cash, Visa, MasterCard, Interac and Amex are accepted).
Because we provide this service, we do not allow people to bring their lunches on site.

10. Your facilities are outside. What happens if the weather is rainy or inclement?

Our baths, massage therapy and beauty services are available year-round, rain or shine. Our facilities were designed so that you can enjoy your experience regardless of the weather. However, in the event of lightning, we may close the baths temporarily.

We do not allow cancellations of massage and/or treatment reservations due to bad weather.

11. Can pregnant women visit the spa?

Mothers-to-be can take advantage of our indoor and outdoor relaxation areas, as well as our cold pools.

Concerning the use of saunas and hot tubs, wide variations in heat are not recommended. However, your health professional is in the best position to advise you about what facilities are appropriate for you during your pregnancy.

Concerning massage treatments, we offer a prenatal massage which meets the special needs of mothers-to-be. This massage, which takes into consideration the various physical changes that occur in pregnancy, focuses on tensions specific to pregnant women and ensures their comfort through a special support pillow. This treatment is offered to women who are in the 14th week of pregnancy or more.

12. I bought a coupon on the Tuango website and it has expired. What happens now?

An expired Tuango coupon retains its monetary value and can be applied to our regular-priced products and services. One Tuango coupon can be used per person per visit.
