Access to the baths allows you to enjoy our facilities for an entire day. You can enjoy 5 hot baths, 2 cold baths, 2 river access points, 2 dry saunas, 1 steam bath and several indoor and outdoor relaxation areas.
Yes! By reserving your access to the baths, you guarantee your place on our site so that you can enjoy our facilities without limits, without hassle, but especially without waiting.
You may cancel and/or postpone your massage or treatment at no additional charge up to 48h before your scheduled reservation. At the end of this period, the full cost of the massage and/or treatment will be charged to the credit card on file.
Please note that appointments cannot be cancelled due to weather.

Yes, Wayspa gift certificates can be applied to all our products and services (with the exception of our online store).
Only guests aged 14 and above are allowed to use the facilities. Visitors between the ages of 14 and 16 must be accompanied by an adult. This restriction does not apply to those 16 and above.
All our massage therapists are certified; therefore, they can give you a receipt for insurance purposes after the massage is given. This receipt will be issued in the name of the person receiving the massage.
With all services and access to the baths at regular price we provide a bath towel as well as a lock for the cloakroom.You must bring your swimsuit and beach sandals.Sandals are mandatory on the site.
We have a bistro open Thursday to Saturday from 12 pm to 8 pm and Sunday to Wednesday from 12 pm to 7 pm. Please note that all orders must be paid directly on site (cash, Visa, Mastercard, Interac and Amex accepted). Therefore lunch boxes are prohibited on the site.
Our baths, massage therapy and beauty services are available year-round, rain or shine. Our facilities were designed so that you can enjoy your experience regardless of the weather. However, in the event of lightning, we may close the baths temporarily.
We do not allow cancellations of massage and/or treatment reservations due to bad weather.
Mothers-to-be can take advantage of our indoor and outdoor relaxation areas, as well as our cold pools.
Concerning the use of saunas and hot tubs, wide variations in heat are not recommended. However, your health professional is in the best position to advise you about what facilities are appropriate for you during your pregnancy.
Concerning massage treatments, we offer a prenatal massage which meets the special needs of mothers-to-be. This massage, which takes into consideration the various physical changes that occur in pregnancy, focuses on tensions specific to pregnant women and ensures their comfort through a special support pillow. This treatment is offered to women who are in the 14th week of pregnancy or more.
An expired Tuango coupon retains its monetary value and can be applied to our regular-priced products and services. One Tuango coupon can be used per person per visit.
